it only benefits big corps, 99% of small corps are S-corp or LLC, profits are pass thru with no double taxation.

999 plan will reduce big corp taxes, but when was the last time, big corp reduce price to help average consumers?

payroll tax consist of SS, fed unemployment, st unemployment, Medicare taxes, do away with that? how is gov going to support those programs?
