我的房产管理公司要我填一张表,california form 590 ,withholding exemption certificate. 加州政府要向不是加州居民的人withhold 7%的加州租金收入. 我现在收的租金付掉管理费,修理费,utility ,也不剩多少.再多收7%, 出租房子就没有利润了.
别的不住在加州,又在加州有出租房产的人,你们也交这7%吗.有方法可以不交这7%吗?
