problem looking for tenant

Hi,

I put an craiglist ad online looking for tenant. I was asking for $2230/month. This rent is in the medium to slightly higher range compare to other similar houses. I only got two section 8 inquiries in the first week. So I lowered my price to $2150 this week. So far, no inquires for a few days. 

Should I further lower the rent or wait for one more week? It seems too few inquries are generated by my ad. What can I do to promote my house?
