大家帮我看看，我该还回去这部分钱吗

前几天买了一个出租房，closing attony 把 1-10 月的county tax 按正常的算法从卖方转给我， 但closing当天，卖方说他是自住的，他有Homestead Exemption,不能按正常的扣，就是说closing attony多扣了给我，当时她没叫我给她写支票补回。今天closing attony打电话让我把支票补回去，她说要是不给她，她就不会record，就不帮我close this cas.

因为我不太清楚买了以后closing attony需要做的是什么，他们会做出什么对我不利吗？

closing attony 可以合法的不去record deed吗？

我的钱付了给她，字也签了，他们说不close就不close吗？
