Real your contract, you should have contingency removal period

If you are not an agent, CAR form does not have anything to do with you because you don't know what to do and the legal implication of it.

Best thing is to address your cancellation request to your agent in a written format and keep a copy. Fax her a copy with a follow up phone call to ensure she get it.
