13. Pets: No pets may enter or be kept in the Apartment or upon on the Premises without our written consent. Any breach of this Section by you and/or your invitees will be deemed a breach of this Lease and may result in the immediate termination of this Lease.

可是, 我没有 kept her deposit in a separate non interest accruing account.

Do you know what would the negative impact be? and what's the remedy plan?再次感谢大家的意见.
