我认为跟造价没有直接关系。使用价值（租金）才是硬道理。

去年我曾开进沙漠里逛了一圈，看到几幢大豪宅，还没有完工，估计永远不会完工了。那里造价应该比我们的海滨还高。那房给我 (0% 造价）我也不要，我不想付 property tax for nothing.

看来你那里出租市场很好，应该不错。不过，今天是这样，明天是否一样就很难说了。
