怎样借钱给弟弟（没办法）

弟准备从德州搬到加州。德州房值十三，四万，不会很快卖掉。加州（湾区）房至少五十万。收入不高（自己的咨询公司），但Mortgage能付。银行贷不到款，想现金买自住房。缺三十万。我想借钱给他用我的line of credit，银行利率3。5％。我想应该签个约，君子协议之类。危险在哪儿？在谢了。
