现在贷款利率这么的低，是否很快出现大量购房的人，

1. 购房的人是否通过各种贷款方式，大多数还是可以拿到贷款？

2. 关键的问题敬请解答：   如果是做small business的人想买房，可以拿到贷款的可能性大不大？

 

如果大家很快得到贷款买房子，那么出租的空房率很快就会高起来了。

地主也就不好当了。
