今天听说有投资高档房的

专买downtown 最好的 condo 出租，condo 的管理费都近 1000cad/month,好处是：

1。这样的租客多半是professional, 不会赖帐，也不会破怀房子；

2。坏处是，万一租不出去，损失可大了；
