日常经营才是RE挣钱的根本。分租的重要优点是增加了收入，让以房养房成为可能。一旦能以房养房，那就不会有foreclosure了。

对于为什么“cupertino and palo alto are the only saving grace for bay area house market”，是不是可以说老印兄弟们靠分租在无工作时也撑得下去，不必做short sale或foreclosure？或者因为分租而来的收入，投资者愿意入市？
