信用卡欠债八万，但没有past due,租不租？

第一个投资房，月租$2100, 还在打扫卫生，就来1对夫妇，丈夫工作很好，月入超一万，太太居家homeschooling 三大孩。自己的房shortsale 了，他们希望两天后就move in.我以为天上掉了块馅饼，连夜上citicredit做tenant screening,结果纠结了 - 多张信用卡有上万balance，但没有past due,房贷停付两年半信用分不到600。这种人可租吗？
另外，这个citicredit说site inspection 经历过吗？说是有$75的charge,真会来人到家收钱检查吗？
