德州有很多70年代的房子，客厅，饭厅等都是用木板做墙的。什么木材我不懂，也没有兴趣研究。

不容易脏。

不过现在都过时了。年轻人没有人喜欢的。

以前还买过一个一百多年的老房子，房客说墙上都是硬木，连钉子都钉不进去。我也没去看过，不知道是什么木材。
