OS 7.6 was instroduced after Jobs went back, its the first implimentation of TCP/IP, before that, was all appletalk...
OS 8 was a big improvement on TCP/IP, then came OS 9, but OSX was the true implementation of UNIX. my original iMac is running tiger, thats as far as it can go...then I sold the stores, pretty much out of apple hardwards, except kids stuff...
