ROI calc

I am not quite familiar in this business.
A simpled calc on Cash ROI:

Cash ROI = (C*G + D)/C
C= initial cash investment
G= gas well's annual earning growth
D= annual dividends paid

This sounds like a high return/high risk investment and it is really case by case.

I prefer ETF (e.g PXJ, IEO, IEZ)
