签了一年合同,刚三个月,要搬走了.今天发了正式邮件,说给我们30天NOTICE,9/19搬出去,要我们退他们的SECURITY DEPOSIT.邮件里也没有说什么原因要breaking lease.房租是该处最低,所以应该不是嫌贵.
请问最好怎么处理?他们可以这样吗?
