Is subcontractor to to sue general contractor and win, then he will put a lien?
or Subcontractor to sue me and win, then he will put a lien in my house?
In this case, the subcontractor will win? assum if they win and put a lien on my house, then is it only affect when I sell my house?
The total 38K is for 4 subcontractor, Two of subcontractors have called and one is mentioned to put a lien, then other mentioned to me that if they are not able to receive money from general contractor in 6 months, then they will put a lien and finally they are able to foreclosure my house, which I think it is wield to foreclose a big house for only 10K.
