请教：独立房没车库

一白菜房， 2006年的房子，就在网看了一次，好像状况还行。递了合同，卖方很痛快，接受。我再一看，房子没车库，有点犹豫，请问各位大虾：独立房没车库好租好再卖吗？谢谢
