I'd not worry about volume too much, except in extreme spikes.

low volume can be interpreted bearishly (no big demand), but can also be bullishly (lack of supply).

I agree that this is pure trading talk... for long term DCA people, this tape reading stuff does not apply.

but for those who are interested, I am supplying an example of tape reading in action.
