针对老兄的说法，俺也参乎几句：

“Future will be different from the past.”

-------非常正确 

“US real estate market will not recover for 20 or 30 years.  Easy credit is only history.  It will never comeback again.”

------这个判断恐怕缺乏根据。并且与下面的陈述相矛盾。

“The best way to make money is either investing in stock market or launch your own business.”

———股票市场比房产市场从来都变动更大更快，这种变动只能是越来越激烈。这样由股票市场的高流动性和现在经济全球化而决定。房产20到30年没希望，还能指望“stock market or launch your own business.”能更容易赚钱？
