US is in long term decline. today is not like 10-20 years ago.

Old stone or Miat can get rich and retire because they started early.  And 10-20 years ago US is rising on solid ramp.  Today is totally reverse, US is in a long term decline, many cities will be lucky to hold their price, don't mention rise in price.
