异地管理跟待宰好像没有区别。

今天有个客户要我们管理房子。他说我们便宜。我们确实比别人便宜。我们只收每月8%。但我们有replacement费用固定395美元。他的apt平均月租400美元。等于我们收他16%的管理费。异地管理就更不靠谱了。花费20%以上在管理费上的很常见。
