今后几年在美国得到7%左右的投资年回报的可能有吗

我指的是不需要个人管理房产出租的回报，而是在金融市场上的比较安稳的投资的回报。

感觉是有可能，但是不确定。政府国债的回报肯定没有这么多。股票呢，风险太大。
