I have a tenant that his lease is up at the last day of this month. He told me he will not move until the first day of the next month. The problem is my next tenant can not move in and have no place to live for that day. I am risking of loosing that new tenant (and a month vacancy). The old tenant just says no matter what he will not move as the lease states he should.
What I can do? At this point I know I can not get him out on time. I want to let him pay for his action. An attorney? Trash his credit? Any idea?
