急问，油!罐漏油要紧吗？

我正在买一短买房，发现油罐漏油，要整个换掉。估价$2400. 价格正常吗？除了换掉还有别的顾虑吗？比如滴下的油污染环境什么的，会有麻烦吗？谢谢！
