Short sale offer

一个短卖总算有结果了.开了95K,银行COUNTER 100K.但是最近七月底刚有一个CLOSE在95K,同样房型,就是离街近一点.我出COUNTER 98K,大家觉得如何?如果银行不同意,应该如何回音? 房子大概能租$1150 - 1200, HOA FEE = $100 MONTHLY.谢谢.
