请教资深前辈，这个投资是不是值得

大约一年前，在一个AUCTION上一激动，买了一个房子，拖了半年多，才开始修，修了4-5个月，现在终于修好了。基本可以出租了。前前后后总费用大约10万（房子+装修+房产税），租金每年可以收18000-19000.

资深前辈们，能否给评估一下，是不是值得。是否还可以接着做。
