买房子，还是买REIT，这个辩论永远没完。

各有利弊，看你擅长哪个。有很多人写过这方面的帖子，我就不谈了。

但是因为和房客纠缠的头疼而舍房子买reit，不是一个充足的理由。和房客纠缠的麻烦是有明码标价的。就是请PM。你可以什么都不管，全部交给PM处理。就像买reit一样。reit也有房客啊，只不过你见不到而已。

买房子，可以扣掉PM的钱，再和reit去比较，就比较公平了。如果你买房子回报很可怜，不舍得请PM，那么这个买房子的决定可能不是很明智。
