再问是好学区租房还是上好私立高中

儿子一直是上私立的，可是那个私立没有高中，还在debate是上好私立高中呢(大约3万一年)还是到好学区租房呢(大约3千一个月)? 自住房租出去。

后悔没在好学区买房，一步到位，现在就不用再抄心了，还有个小的以后也是这个问题

可是现在代款要求很高，好学区也没降多少，DOWNPAY起码要20-30%。。
