你火气太大了，不就是2000刀的波娜丝吗？

 作为投资者，我关心是否我拿到我想要的房子，价钱是否合理，service是否好，其他的如经济赚多少，我不关心。卖主为了奖励经纪把房子卖出去，给点波娜丝，这是什么conflict of interest啊，哈哈，calm down and focus on what you really need as a long term investor.
