Why not live in a community with a pool etc?

My community has a Olympic size pool wihch has a constant temp all year round and tennis courts etc etc and the HOA is under $100.

It would cost you a fortune if you maitain your own duck pond at this level.

Plus, it is a hazard if your kids are too young. Bad for rental too.
