其实realtor这个行业比以前轻松多了

其实realtor这个行业比以前轻松多了。现在卖方经济不需要来开门了。我想趋势就是fee会往下走。现在有公司只要1500美元卖房+3%buyer agent fee。

当然agent很辛苦，主要是同行竞争人太多。这也反映了大家认为这个行业比以前轻松收益却不少。我看一个报告，agent将是失业率最大的行业，因为不需要这么多人。
