Eviction 趣事

 

我的一好区（对了，是绝对好区）的房子租给一对信用不错的白人夫妇。交了一个月的房租后没及时交下个月的，找了许多借口说一定会交。最后说他们要离婚,都想推给对方交。我给了eviction的通知后，一个马上搬走，另一个仍住了一个星期。当我去检查时已人去楼空，但留下了垃圾、留下了臭味、也留下了财富：押金被扣了半个月的，100多张DVD＋游戏，其他财物一些 （对我们来说都是垃圾!).房子还及时租出去了，没有耽搁一天。

正是：塞翁失马，焉知祸福！
