I wouldn't take Motley fool too seriously. 

The value of SD is probably not in its day-to-day operation.  The un-developed, under-developed land and the wells owned by SD probably make up most of its value.  In other words, if the company lays off all workers, it would still be worth some good amount of money.  However, for outsiders, it's hard to figure out the actual value of those assets.  Maybe miat really has some insider scoop. 

From TA perspective, if your entry is ~10, you can probably hang on to it for a few more days. 

Overall SD is a low quality stock, imho.
