Update, SFH, estimate damage 75-80k...

I am just bad luck.....

this is a SFH, house still standing, fire started at 8:30 this morning, tenant was at home, fire cause by a burning candle. I estimeate the damage be around 75-80k..

most of first floor are burn down, second floor mainly smoke damage. most of the windows are busted by fire department, outside vinyl sidings all melted.

this property is cover under a blanket commerical policy, which covers all 44 houses/duplexes units; but I just had a small fire claim (meth house) against it, with this new claim, I may have a non-renew, thus I will see a 15-20% premium increase on a new policy, which amount to 3-4k a year....
