Are they clean? Now this is the only concern to you now. It looks your house close to Army base? Maybe you can join army housing program. More and more good army tenants will apply your house.

But please make sure to the house meet goverment standard. Your PM should prepare all the disclouser papers for them, especially if they have small child(ren).
