You should check that army officer's credit score. I had a white army family tenant.His score is around 800. They are super nice people. Always pay on time. I also had black army officer tenant. Her score is 590. She is super nasty. Army usually move people around 2 years or 3 years.If the credit score is good, they are good tenants.
