thanks all.

He has a family for sure. I don't know how long is his duty for now.

My PM just wants me to think first. if this is something I want to go, we will work on this and that is why I want to make sure I have all the questions ahead.

One thing worries me is since we will deal with goverment, how do I know this person's credit. How do I know if he is responsable person?

I have the house remodeled plus all new appliance. I really want to have a caring family live there...
