And I do admore miat42's openess sharing his opinion. I can see he's trying to educate the general public from his own experience, whether or not it's the "best" for everyone, that's up to everyone's own situation and risk taking tendency. And I don't see miat42 trying to gain from anything. Think his posts would raise SD or RE market quite a bit so he can dump some hot-potatos on his own hands? Not very  likely.

It's perfectly fine for everyone to share opinion.
