Some big companies still have generous benefit defined pensions. Many state and local government agencies have that too.
Our company's pension is generous too. One of my assistants retired two weeks ago. He started 42 years ago right after college and his annual pension is 95% of his last year pay (about $195,000) with his medical insurance premium 100% paid by the company.
Of course a big chunk goes back to IRS. You can not hide it even you move out of this country.
