都是只看到贼吃肉，没看到贼挨打啊

现在说房地产如何亏如何不会升值，跟股票期货比少赚多少。 有没有想过，股票也是要操作的啊。 不是每个人都很牛X的能赚大钱。 那个做butterfly option的牛人，怎么料到russian default啊。说现在房子跌了，down pay没了，有没有想过只要每个月付mortgage银行还继续让你住/出租啊。 不是margin call了立马要还的啊。

真的不知道多少唱房地产投资就是骗局的兄弟姐妹多少是真正被margin call过。 

就算你是学院派，只买index。 书上没告诉你，diversify不是分散买individual的股票，diversify asset构成更加risk averse么？？？
