In Palo Alto school district, there are still not more than 24 students in a class in elementary schools. And there are 1 teacher plus 2 helpers in a class to teach less than 24 students. But in Cupertino, there are more than 30 students in a class for 4th grade and only one teacher in a class, no helper. In Challenger private school in Sunnyvale, they have 28 students in a class of 4th grade and only one teacher.
