最近看中一个投资房,triplex, 60w, 月租金收入3900,平均开支包括水电,垃圾,地税770。按60w 3% 5/1 arm算,月利息大约2500.
请问,这样的房子值不值的买? 要是买的话,商业贷款需要30%down payment,有什么办法降低吗?
