I am total agree with you, I did use cash offer two time and did not get from Bank and HUD, too many offer and price is much high than county auditor value, this why some buyer did not get bank loan after they sign contract. my area has many us auto factories, it is old auto industry city, 10+ % ( it was 14%) people no job now, I do not understand why people so hurry to buy high price house now?
