1. quik deed, easy to do, cost $50. but why, if your parent die, you may have to go thru probate, very time consuming, cost $$$. if they sale, it subjec to non residential tax rate.

2. there is no free lunch.

3. if less then $600, you are ok, if more than $600 you need somebody's SS#.

4. log your travel date, time, milage, and reason.
