这是好candidate吗？

工资收入偏低，女方两个temp job，总月入1800左右（confirmed with employers)。男方works for landscaping contractor，春季月入2500，冬季2000（没有pay stub，no W-2）。房租收七百，不包utility。查tenant credit,结果是没no credit record。从没申请，用过信用卡，没有debt，没有collection record，没有eviction record.这是好candidate吗？
