US is in driver seat, since it does not depend on other

countries for export, for resources, for security. US is the center of confidence for the whole world, the world including China is exploiting US people's optimism to develop economy. Just ask youself, which is easier? US to impose tariff penalty on goods from countries with big trade surplus, or China to do political reform to put money into average people so that China will no longer depend on export.
