俺们税前22万, 投资房租金收入2万多. 股票及基金收入为0,啥也没买(大傻瓜!). 自住房和投资房增值合计7万(没准过两年还得跌回来), 信用卡每月平均$3000, 老二上DAYCARE每月$900. 水电气+电话+CABLE也就每月$400. 现在的房子保温真好. 孩子小, 旅游还没跟上. 

反正啥都算上, 包括房产中的本金, 增长了19万(老公说房产增值不算,还没卖呢.俺老财迷不管,就算上).
