Well, I am getting a bit nervous about how fast the oil sector is running up. Back on 12/01/2010, I was recommending CHK, trading at $21ish then, to several friends, with the following theory:
1) Natural gas price can not be depressed forever. With several rounds of QE, infla4ition will kick in, and gas prices have to go up.
2) Oil prices have taken off. When oil was trading at around $150 last time, natural gas was trading at around $12. This round, oil shot up to $70ish, and NG was still hovering at 5 to 6ish. There will be a catch up.
Well, 2 months from that day, CHK is trading at $30ish. Almost 50% higher. Will you call this "油股的疯狂??"
