如果我有这16万我会买2栋5年新的房子，这房子约1400-1800 SQFT. 每月可租1000-1200/栋。2栋就是2X$1100=$2200/月。每栋房扣除房地产税$2500，HOA $350, 保险费$400，维修费$1000,一年的收入约$8950.二栋房的收入是$17900. 3年的收入共有17900X3=$53700

我买的全是FORECLOSING房，是市场的1/2价。这样的房子在我们这儿还真不少。3年后的价格一定会比现在高，这又可以赚一点。

可惜我现在是弹尽粮绝。
